For Christmas Day in Beverley, most people look first at the Beverley Arms on North Bar Within (£145) and Tickton Grange (£130), and both list Christmas Day as fully booked. The place in town still taking bookings is the Hayride at Molescroft (£55.99). The nearest others are in Cottingham, Hessle, Kirk Ella and Willerby, all under £72. Every entry was checked against the venue’s own site on 2 November 2026.

We have not eaten at any of these for this guide, and nothing here is a review. Each entry gives the price on the venue’s own 2026 Christmas menu, what it includes, what it says about deposits, and its Food Standards Agency (FSA) hygiene rating from East Riding of Yorkshire Council’s inspections. Prices are per person. Christmas Day 2026 is a Friday.

Beverley and Tickton

1. The Hayride, Molescroft

The Hayride is a Greene King Flaming Grill pub on Grange Way, on the Molescroft side of Beverley. Its Christmas Day page calls the meal “4 Courses for £55.99”; the menu itself sets it out as three courses and a glass of fizz or orange juice for £55.99.

Mains include turkey with the trimmings, and there is a steak option. Children have three courses and an orange juice for £24.99.

Before Christmas, the festive menu runs from 12 November at two courses for £19.99 or three for £22.99.

2. The Beverley Arms, North Bar Within

The Beverley Arms is a Thwaites-owned inn and hotel on North Bar Within. Its Christmas page lists Christmas Dinner at £145 a head, with a glass of Champagne on arrival, and marks it “FULLY BOOKED”.

Children are £45 and under-4s £25. The festive menu is still available from 24 November to 24 December and on Boxing Day, at two courses for £34 or three for £39, with children’s prices from £12.

A festive afternoon tea runs from 24 November to 1 January 2027, and Father Christmas visits the hotel’s festive tent on 14, 15 and 21 December (£25 a child, including a main from the children’s menu).

3. Tickton Grange, Tickton

Tickton Grange is a Georgian country house hotel in 20 acres at Tickton, about three miles north-east of Beverley. Its 2026 Christmas and New Year brochure lists Christmas Day lunch at £130 a guest, or £65 for children under 12, with a glass of Prosecco, four courses including a sorbet, and coffee with the hotel’s own truffles, and marks it “Fully booked”.

Boxing Day lunch, at £70 or £35 for under-12s in the Rose Room, has “limited tables available”. Both need a £25 non-refundable deposit a head, with menu choices due by 1 December.

4. The Green Dragon, Saturday Market

The Green Dragon is a pub on Saturday Market in the middle of Beverley. It publishes no Christmas Day menu for 2026, but its Christmas page offers a festive set menu before Christmas at two courses for £17.95 or three for £20.95, plus a festive buffet and Christmas party bookings.

The pub says it asks for a £5 deposit a head on festive set menu and buffet bookings, and recommends booking early for December dates.

6. Toby Carvery Willerby

Toby Carvery’s Willerby restaurant is on Beverley Road at Willerby, on the edge of Hull. Its Christmas Day menu page puts Christmas Day dining at £69.99, built around the carvery.

The festive menu before Christmas is the cheapest on this list, from £14.99 Monday to Friday, £16.99 on Saturdays and £19.99 on Sundays. Toby says a deposit may be needed at the time of booking.

7. The Beech Tree, Kirk Ella

The Beech Tree is an Ember Inns pub on South Ella Way, Kirk Ella. Its Christmas page gives Christmas Day at three courses for £71.95, or £35.95 for children.

Before Christmas the festive set menu is two courses for £22.99, or £9.99 for children. Boxing Day is three courses for £32.50 (children £11.99), and there is a Breakfast with Santa at £12.99 a head, which Ember says includes a gift for the children.

We started from the Food Standards Agency register for East Riding of Yorkshire Council, left out anything rated below 3, and kept only places whose own website shows a 2026 Christmas offer with prices. Prices, dates and deposit rules come from each venue’s own site and menu on 2 November 2026. Some well-known names are missing: the Kings Head on Saturday Market takes Christmas Day bookings but publishes no price, the Pipe and Glass at South Dalton shows no Christmas Day menu, and Hungry Horse’s Kingstown Hotel at Hedon and Darleys in Hessle have not published their Christmas Day price.
